Naturopathy
Based in Wollongong, our Naturopath is dedicated to supporting your body’s natural ability to heal. With a focus on the strong connection between gut health, muscle health, and mental well-being, we offer personalised naturopathy treatments that combine diet, lifestyle changes, and natural remedies to help improve your overall health.
WHAT IS A NATUROPATH?
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness based on the principle that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself. It focuses on the body as a whole, rather than just the illness presenting itself. A naturopath will work with you to make dietary and lifestyle changes, whilst utilising herbal and nutritional supplements to improve your health condition. They can also refer for additional testing to help get to the bottom of your health concerns and figure out the driving factors of your health condition.
WHAT DOES A NATUROPATH DO?
A naturopath will take an in-depth look at your current health; then use diet and lifestyle modifications alongside herbal and nutritional medicine to help you address your health concerns and achieve your health goals.
WHEN SHOULD I SEE A NATUROPATH?
Some of the reasons you would book to see a naturopath include:
-
If you are unhappy with an area of your health
-
If you feel like you aren’t getting answers from your current medical team
-
If you are continuously getting sick
-
If you are planning on conceiving or having trouble conceiving
-
If you are stressed
-
If you experience digestive concerns
-
If you are having trouble sleeping or staying asleep
-
To optimize your health
-
For a review of your blood test results
